About The Role Challenge Community Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Carer Compliance Officer to join our team.
This role involves conducting Carer Reviews, Carer Recruitment, and Training.
As the Carer Compliance Officer, you will ensure Challenge remains compliant with internal and external requirements related to Foster Carers.
Responsibilities include conducting regular reviews, maintaining compliance databases and the NSW Carers Register, and supporting potential foster carers through the authorization process.
Additionally, you will assist in delivering Shared Lives training, assessing potential placement options for children and young people, and organizing foster care activities and events.
We are looking for someone passionate about community work, eager to empower and advance the experiences of children, young people, and foster carers.

About You Qualifications in Community Services or a related field, or relevant experience and knowledge in the OOHC.
