About the Role

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs. Responsibilities

Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Work with a supportive and dynamic team Ongoing training

Skills & Experience

Passionate about making a difference. A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success. Coachable Previous caregiving experience is an asset. Must be able to speak and write in English. Other languages will be an asset! Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed. Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes. Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector) Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
