We are seeking a Career Teacher who will play a pivotal supporting role for our students in developing their awareness and understanding of the full range of educational options and career pathways.
This role will provide comprehensive support with subject planning and selection; offer feedback about academic performance; and identify necessary goals for students to achieve their desired career. In collaboration with a team of careers teachers, this role will facilitate internal workshops and careers events and develop work placement and training opportunities with local employers and external training providers.
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting students to objectively plan their future careers based on their personal and academic strengths. We need a mature and practical person who can offer support, informed advice, and relevant resources to guide students in their holistic discernment about future career options.
