We have purpose-built front office desks built on our campuses for our Masters students – which is the environment where the students would practice their learnings throughout the term. As the instructor, you manage the day-to-day operational function there as well as training and monitoring of students during Housekeeping and Front Office practical sessions.To be successful in this role, you must have:Demonstrated experience as manager or supervisor within Front Office in a 4-5-star hotel/resort environment.Completion of a Certificate IV Hospitality or equivalent, and Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110) desirable – but not essentialFluent in English (verbal and written)Working with Children CheckFull working rights in AustraliaWhat should I bring that day?Comfortable shoes: You might be interested in taking part in our campus tours, in which you will see our operational areas and how we work at our Leura Campus.Your CV: Depending on your experience, bring your CV!
