The opportunity Location: Based in Australia (office, hybrid, or remote options available). Role Type: Full-time, six-month fixed-term appointment. Purpose: Facilitate, coordinate, and implement strategic initiatives to align with the organisation's long-term growth objectives. Key responsibilities Strategic Facilitation: Lead planning workshops and strategy sessions, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and actionable outcomes. Advisory Leadership: Provide insights and progress updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to guide informed decision-making. Collaboration with Partners: Coordinate efforts with third-party strategy consultants to achieve aligned deliverables and timelines. Execution and Accountability: Oversee the implementation of strategic priorities, monitoring progress and addressing challenges proactively. Stakeholder Integration: Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain robust communication channels across teams and external partners. Selection criteria Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Business Strategy, Management, Public Policy, or a related field. Experience:Proven ability to lead strategy development in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Demonstrated success in collaborating with executive teams and managing external partners. Track record of translating strategic priorities into measurable action plans. Skills: Expertise in strategic facilitation and project management. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical skills to synthesise information into clear, actionable recommendations.
