Here at Healthscope within our People, Culture & Engagement (PC&E) team … your career means more.
Our PC&E function is an evolving space made up of many talented individuals. Across our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Education teams, we are focused on attracting and developing the best possible talent for Healthscope and importantly we are continuing to innovate in these areas.
A critical aspect in relation to talent here at Healthscope, is our Career Pathway Program, which has potential to have a significant impact on our success as an organisation. The Program is centred on bringing individuals into the organisation to fill critical workforce needs, often in specialised areas and providing clear pathways for ongoing learning and development of skills and experience.
A bit about the role The Career Pathways Lead plays the main role in all aspects associated with the project management of recruitment deliverables for the Program. This is a varied role with the chance to collaborate with several internal Healthscope teams from Marketing to our hospital sites and various PC&E stakeholders, so collaboration is key.
The primary focus of the role will be the project management of the end-to-end recruitment components of the program. This includes proactive flagging of actions required, management of timelines, identification and mitigation of possible risks, and engagement of stakeholders.
A further expectation of the role is to ensure a high quality and consistent candidate experience throughout, managing the recruitment process including extending offers and initiation of onboarding. This role will play a key part in the ongoing enhancement of the program together with other PC&E team members.
There is also an opportunity to work with the Learning & Education team during the developmental creation phase of the program, contributing expertise and ideas, and to work alongside our marketing team on the creation of campaigns to promote and support the success of the Program. Additionally, the Career Pathways Lead plays an important role in promoting the programs internally to our sites, encouraging uptake, sharing benefits of the Program, and influencing key stakeholders to take part. In this well-rounded role, there is a great chance to have impact.
