Career Opportunities: Territory Manager (9657) Requisition ID 9657  - Posted - Australia  - Western Australia  - Other  - Croplands We are currently looking to engage an experienced and proactive Territory Manager with a strong agricultural industry background, related to the use of spraying equipment &/or farm machinery to join our sales team within Western Australia (WA). You'll be responsible for the management, development and sales performance within your territory. Maximising business opportunities through active sales and servicing of existing and new customers, at the distributor and end user level - whilst driving profitability and growth.
 
The territory broadly covers the Southern WA region with a willingness to travel a necessity however the location of the applicant has flexibility within a flexible work culture. A tool of trade vehicle will be provided along with exciting growth and development opportunities. 
 
What will you be doing?
 
• Develop and implement strategies including business plans and sales initiatives to delivery on company growth aspirations, sales and profit targets
• Provide hands on support to dealers and customers to ensure Croplands products are optimised and well supported
• Build strong customer relationships through value-adding activities, proactive communication, insightful sales analysis and technical expertise
• Contribute towards the company strategy by identifying and reporting on market intelligence and emerging trends
• Be the link between customers and Croplands, through prompt and efficient actions that deliver a positive customer experience
