The Program Our Nuseed Graduate Program is designed to develop skills, build knowledge, and provide experience to kick-start careers at Nuseed. You will be based at one of our three world class Innovation Centres in Horsham Victoria. The program provides a unique combination of commercial rotations with our Supply Chain, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing as well as operational focus in our R&D and production teams. It begins with a $5,000 bursary in your final year of study and an opportunity to participate in key Nuseed events like our national Nuseed conference. The program is designed to deliver: Clear and meaningful work Learning from the function to gain valuable knowledge and skills through on-the-job development Learning from being involved in projects to gain insight and develop networks and influencing skills and be actively involved in the success of the commercial business As the program progresses, tasks become increasingly challenging, building upon skills learned in previous rotations You will be based out of Horsham, Victoria but may be expected to travel interstate once or twice for specific meetings or activities. Graduates are offered a permanent and on-going contract with Nuseed and will have the opportunity to undertake a series of business rotations and 'shadow days' across the business. What do you bring?
