Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and dedication are celebrated?Based in Laverton North, we are looking for a Quality Specialist to join the Quality team.
You will act as subject matter expert and work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure that the laboratory and manufacturing teams meet the technical requirements of all manufacturing processes on site.
Within this role you will have the opportunity to guide and provide input into technical investigations and manufacturing CI programs through your specialised knowledge of chemistry within a high performing team.We are passionate about growth and development and see this role as a great opportunity to grow your career with an Australian global company.

You will be required to support the Quality Manger as 2IC as well as being a subject matter expert for plant chemistry inquiries.
You will be able to effectively work within the Nufarm Senior team as well as guiding a team of production chemists to effectively meet site KPI's.
You will bring experience in analytical chemistry with a focus on chromatography including HPLC, GC and Mass spectrometry.
You are expected to guide continuous improvement following Six Sigma Principles.You are proactive, customer focused and have excellent communication skills.
You work well autonomously and as a part of a wider team.
