You will provide leadership, coaching, and effective communication to help your team achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).You will: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of remote Career Discovery Consultants to achieve performance targets and deliver superior prospect engagement services.Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Use data and insights to manage workload prioritisation of the team aligned to the needs of ADF Careers and with a prospect centric approach.Oversee the provision of virtual engagement services to ensure prospects receive accurate information and support regarding ADF career opportunities, the recruitment journey and life in the ADF allowing for informed and qualified applications to progress.Monitor team interactions and feedback from all sources to continuously enhance service delivery, ways of work and prospect satisfaction.Implement and uphold operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality assurance.Manage day-to-day operations of the Career Discovery Team including resource allocation, and workflow management to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate closely with recruitment teams, ADF personnel, technology partners, and other stakeholders to align Career Discovery future iteration releases with organisational objectives and priorities.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate engagement, team productivity, and operational efficiency.Prepare regular reports and analysis on Career Discovery Team activities, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.Develop succession plans and career development plans for all members of the Career Discovery Team.Candidate's ProfileIf you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.Your background will demonstrate: Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor a geographically dispersed, and remote team of Consultants to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional prospect engagement and support.Proficiency in using data insights to plan strategically with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within engagement strategies.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal teams, ADF personnel, technology partners, and other stakeholders.Experience in D365 or similar case management technology platformsTertiary qualifications in Business, or a related field is desirable.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.How to applyIf eligible, please submit your resume; applications are open to all qualified Australian citizens regardless of their background, identity, experiences and beliefs.Please connect with us at any time during the recruitment process for a confidential conversation if you require assistance to participate fully in our recruitment process.
