Your responsibilities will include: Career Assessment: Working with our clients and candidates to access individual's skills, interests, values, and career goals. Career Guidance: Providing personalised advice and guidance on career options, job search strategies, resume writing, and professional development.Skill Development: Providing advice on skill-building activities, workshops, or courses to enhance a client's qualification and marketability in their desired field.Industry Insights and Trends: Utilise your solid understanding of your local market, industries, recruitment, and job opportunities to provide insights into emerging careers, in-demand skills, market shifts and opportunities. Account Management: Developing key account relationships, managing client relationships with our existing accounts, and ensuring repeat and new business. About you: The successful candidate will have extensive experience (10+ years) in agency and/or internal recruitment, employment services or time in a consultative type of human resources related role.
You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable in offering advice and consult to broad range of candidates and clients.
You will have a solid understanding of your local labour market, industries, and job opportunities.
You will have a proven ability to build rapport easily, have a consultative style, with excellent listening and influencing skills. You will possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and thrive on seeing people achieve their dream jobs!
