Account Management: Developing key account relationships, managing client relationships with our existing accounts, and ensuring repeat and new business. About you:The successful candidate will have extensive experience (10+ years) in agency and/or internal recruitment, employment services or time in a consultative type of human resources related role. You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable in offering advice and consult to broad range of candidates and clients.You will have a solid understanding of your local ACT labour market, industries, and job opportunities. You will have a proven ability to build rapport easily, have a consultative style, with excellent listening and influencing skills.
