Utilise your solid understanding of your local market, industries, recruitment, and job opportunities to provide insights into emerging careers, in-demand skills, market shifts and opportunities.Account Management:
Developing key account relationships, managing client relationships with our existing accounts, and ensuring repeat and new business.About you:The successful candidate will have extensive experience (10+ years) in agency and/or internal recruitment, employment services or time in a consultative type of human resources related role. You will be a confident communicator and be comfortable in offering advice and consult to a broad range of candidates and clients. You will have a solid understanding of your local labour market, industries, and job opportunities. You will have a proven ability to build rapport easily, have a consultative style, with excellent listening and influencing skills.
