We are looking for Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches, and Mentors to deliver meaningful employability skills training across the Sydney East Metro Employment Region.

About the role: As an Employability Skills Trainer & Facilitator, you will deliver a targeted course designed to help a diverse range of individuals.
Supported by the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, these programs assist Australians looking to enter or re-enter the workforce or transition into a new career.
Your role is to ensure that our participants build on their employability skills and gain the motivation and career guidance necessary to secure employment.
About you: You are a passionate and dedicated Trainer and Facilitator with experience as a Teacher, Trainer, Coach, or Mentor.

Have a passion for assisting others with their career goalsHave a passion for teaching, training, or facilitatingHave a strength-based approachAre positive, motivational, with a can-do attitudeHave exceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenAble to demonstrate an ability to train and educate groups of adult learnersKey Responsibilities: Facilitate the delivery of training to small groups of adult learners using the provided course structure and materialsContextualize and tailor training to best suit the participants' learning needsEffectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirementsDeliver training and assessment in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and onlineProvide students with individual attention, support, and guidanceAdhere to company policies, procedures, and processesLiaise and work with Head OfficeAssess participant competency levels and compile feedback reportsSelection Criteria: Excellent interpersonal skillsExperience delivering training as a teacher, coach, or mentorWorking with Children's Check and National Police Check clearance (essential)TAE40116 is desirable but not essentialFlexible and willing to travelAbility to deliver training Face to Face, Online, and HybridIntermediate technology skillsUnderstanding of the local labour marketDepending on the role and region, the position will be on either a casual or permanent basis.
Successful applicants will be part of our Talent Pool and must be available for Training Blocks that run on a 3 consecutive week schedule.
