You'll be part of a dedicated team, advancing your career while shaping the future of education and creating motivated, job-ready professionals through their supportive courses and programmes.YOUR Role as a Careers Advisor will be a busy outbound phone-based position, reaching out to warm leads - no cold calling required.
Specialising in outbound telesales, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by contacting potential clients and offering them tailored career advice and solutions.
Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals, all while providing exceptional service and support.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for helping individuals advance their careers.YOUR Experience:Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and converting leads into sales.Expert in building rapport, influencing over the phone, and overcoming objections.Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads.Self-motivated and resilient with a positive attitude, thriving in fast-paced, target-driven environments.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.Experience in education sales or a sales-focused call centre is highly valued but not required - we're looking for driven individuals eager to succeed!YOUR Opportunity offers an uncapped commission scheme with the potential for high performers to earn a substantial salary.
