The role: You will assist individuals living in residential care homes to live a good life characterised by optimum independence and decision-making about their care needs.
What you'll do: Support the older person to maintain and/or improve physical, cognitive, emotional and social health and enhance their wellbeing.Follow and contribute to the resident's care plan.Assist the residents of each care home to live a good life.Work with a multi-disciplinary team to support the wellbeing of residents.Undertake activities of daily living, domestic tasks and activity support.Shifts are between: Monday - Sunday

Ideally, you will have experience within the Health Care Sector.
