Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage care teams, ensuring optimal staffing and team performanceOversee clinical care, including assessments, care plans, and compliance with best practicesDrive continuous quality improvement initiatives and manage riskMentor and educate staff to maintain high standards of care and professional developmentEnsure compliance with accreditation standards and relevant legislationWhat's in It for You?
