Job Description: We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent's kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
As a Care Services Employee, you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged. You will provide direct care and assistance to residents with all activities of daily living, personal care needs (including personal hygiene) and attending to the daily running of the household as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Bronte.
St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation.
At St Vincent's Care, our Heart print model ensures compassionate, holistic, person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging, independence, and cultural respect, creating a life filled with purpose and wellbeing.
We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to resident's individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.

Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us. Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Must be available to work AM/PM/ Night shifts, Monday to Friday on Permanent Part Time basis.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
National Police Certificate: NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
