Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical)

As a Care Services Employee, you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged, as you work as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote.
St Vincent's Care Services Haberfield (locally known as St Joan of Arc Villa) is a 50-bed facility located 6.5km from Sydney's CBD, providing residents with compassionate care and support.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents' individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity with AM & PM shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday.
Minimum Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Must be available to work various shifts (AM, PM and Night shifts) on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
National Police Certificate: NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
