Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Service Employees to join our SCC Grafton team. As a Care Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and clients. This role involves assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and promoting the well-being of those in our care. This is a part time and full-time role. The pay rate is at $29.76 - $30.11 (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation. Supporting individuals with mobility and transportation needs. Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social engagement. Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as required. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and clients. Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent. Previous experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings. Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
