Utilising your astute customer centric skillset, you will work closely with Community Team Leaders and Care Advisors to provide high quality care services to our clients through Eastern Metro region.
You will be the key contact for clients and play an active role in supporting our Care workers maintaining day-to-day service delivery and coordination of client services including: scheduling, intake, records management, monthly reporting and document control.
