Management (Community Services & Development)Full timeOzcare is looking for a new Care Manager Lead - to support the Care Manager team to develop and grow their Home Care Package business within their branch.Your RoleReporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for providing leadership to a dedicated Care Manager team in the planning, managing and leading client care and support across a range of programs. You'll also play a key role in co-ordinating the involvement of Ozcare's multi-disciplinary teams and other services to support effective care.
