They also proudly and lovingly support hundreds of clients every day cross their 88 specialist aged care homes throughout QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA.The Care Manager position is a crucial leadership role within this small 90-bed aged care facility, ensuring the ongoing clinical integrity and governance of the facility, its clinical staff, and residents. As a senior member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager in a consultative manner providing advice and direction on clinical priorities, allocation of resources and monitoring and analysing the Australian National Aged Care Classification Funding Guide (AN-ACC). You will also be responsible to ensure all staff are correctly oriented, trained, and appraised, to the highest level. As an advocate for the residents and families, you will have a natural desire to connect with them, actively seeking out their feedback, to ensure the highest level of care is provided daily.This facility is at beautiful Victor Harbour a short walk from the water's edge.
