About the Opportunity Reporting to our Residential Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistently high quality care is provided to our residents, to facilitate and support their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.
As the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residentsDeveloping, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plansPerforming comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidentsParticipating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and proceduresActively supervising, training and mentoring all RNs and PCWsAbout You The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Ability to work full time- Monday-FridayExperience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader in Aged CareDemonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACCCurrent Nursing Registration with AHPRAPersonal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your siteSolid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPlease Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check Our culture is both supportive and collaborative, where you can make your role your own.
