Your Role:As the Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering exceptional clinical care. You will plan, assign, and oversee care duties while ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. Your leadership will be key in managing resources effectively, keeping in line with budgetary requirements.

Essential Qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse) is required.Current registration with AHPRA.At least 3 years of experience in residential aged care.Solid understanding of Quality Agency Standards and Aged Care Act regulations.Strong clinical expertise reflecting contemporary practices.A valid National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).Ideal Experience:Involvement in accreditation processes.Candidates must meet the Aged Care Worker Screening legislative requirements.
