role, you'll be responsible for overseeing clinical care in our facility,
ensuring that residents receive top-quality, compassionate, and individualised
support. You'll lead the team of dedicated carers and clinical staff, providing
them with guidance, resources, and support they need to thrive. Your work will

Qualifications Registered
Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated
experience in clinical management, preferably in aged care
Strong
knowledge of accreditation standards, infection control, and aged care
legislation
Experience in
staff leadership and team management
Satisfactory
national police check within the last three years
Tasmanian
Working with Vulnerable People registration with NDIS endorsement
Valid
Australian Working Rights
