Care ManagerAs a Care Manager in Residential Aged Care, you will lead all clinical care aspects for our residents, fostering a warm, safe, and compassionate environment.
You'll supervise the clinical care team, offering mentorship and support throughout their professional journeys.
Your role will also include coordinating care plans and ensuring compliance with care standards, all with the aim of delivering the highest quality of care possible.
