We are excited to announce that we have a newly created Care Manager (Grade 5 RN) role at our rural property, Homestead Estate Home located in Wallington, Geelong.
Situated in rural Wallington on the Bellarine Peninsula, Homestead Estate is set in an idyllic rural location with views to the surrounding countryside. With 190 beds, Homestead Estate has recently completed an extensive renovation to introduce a unique range of services and facilities. You will thrive being on the floor with a high performing team in this hands-on role to provide our residents with exceptional care while maintaining positive relationships that contribute to a safe and caring environment.
