About the facility:The 100 bed, fully accredited Aged Care facility is based close to Caloundra, with a leading passionate Aged Care team that are focused on delivering high-quality care.  About the role:The Care Manager will report into the Facility Manager and will help monitor Training and Education, lead the clinical team to meet high clinical standards that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team. Duties:Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including funding and policy protocols.Show an ability to operate independently and professionally with limited supervision.Interpret work within the relevant policy guidelinesUnderstand the needs of older people, in particular those with cognitive declineSkills and experience:Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing or Social SciencesExperience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behavioursExperience in working closely with multidisciplinary teamsBenefits:Management Training & Yearly Management ConferenceGreat benefits and work life family balanceImpressive Salary PackageHow to Apply:If you are passionate about Aged Care and would like to understand more about this role and to review the full position description email your CV to (email protected) Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
