Full Time Role Key Responsibilities Ensure residents' care needs are met and maintain exceptional service delivery.Collaborate with the Home Care Coordinator to grow our Home Care business.Lead and support clinical and care staff, fostering a positive team environment.Manage budgets and key performance indicators.Develop and implement innovative care programs.Registration as a AHPRA Registered Nurse in Australia (RN).Strong leadership, communication, and report writing skills.Knowledge of aged care regulations and dementia care.Personal Attributes High ethical standards and confidentiality.Adaptable, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.Join us in creating a nurturing environment for our residents.
