We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to lead clinical and care services at a reputable aged care facility in South Australia.
This key leadership role involves ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care while mentoring and guiding a dedicated care team.
About the Role: As a Care Manager, you will work closely with Care Coordinators, clinical staff, and the Facility Manager to deliver timely, person-centered care.
Key responsibilities include: Developing care plans and conducting clinical assessments.
Managing medication and ensuring compliance with AN-AAC and other standards.
Welcoming new residents and supporting their families.
Handling comments and complaints with a resolution-focused approach.
Supporting a positive, professional team culture.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will bring strong leadership skills, a resident-focused approach, and a commitment to excellence in aged care.
You will have: A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA Registration.
At least 12 months of experience as a Clinical Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience in clinical assessments, care planning, and AN-AAC compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
