About You The ideal candidate will have prior experience in clinical management, preferably in aged care, a comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, exceptional leadership and communication skills, ability to build relationships, commitment to quality care, strong organisational skills, relevant nursing qualifications, and AHPRA registration.
