Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of nurses and care staff to deliver person-centered care that meets the highest standards. Oversee the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual resident needs, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to best practices. Monitor and evaluate clinical care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and safety. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with external healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure holistic care and support. Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with AHPRA. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar clinical leadership role within the aged care sector. Demonstrated clinical expertise and strong knowledge of aged care standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and empower others. Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities. A genuine passion for providing quality care to older adults and enhancing their quality of life. Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Ballina area. Benefits:
