TLC Aged Care Altona North has an extensive range of on-site services available making Marina a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services including a hydrotherapy pool, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema. This is not your typical role. As a Care Manager (Div 1/ Grade 5), you will thrive being on the floor providing hands-on care alongside a high performing team who excel in providing quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.
