Here's the job that's right for you! Right at Home Gosford are seeking a qualified and reliable Care Coordinator with nursing experience for our home care agency.
Our services include Aged and Disability care, and hospital in the home.

Your new role will be responsible for: Meeting with clients and their families, assessing their needs and building strong connectionsConducting in home client care assessments and preparing care plans to best meet client requirementsProvision of some nursing care and in-home care services as needed.Handling information requests, feedback, and general enquiriesScheduling services for our clients by rostering care workers dependent on their qualifications and availabilityEnsuring all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need: Qualifications and experience in NursingHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational, problem solving and time-management skillsProficient computing skillsCurrent or willing to obtain Australian National Police Check & Working with Children CheckCurrent or willing to obtain First Aid & CPR certificateFull Driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicleThe right to work in Australia Preferred SkillsSound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability government funding systemsDemonstrated experience supporting staff What We Offer: A flexible and inclusive environment committed to work-life balanceEmployee benefits program and competitive salary packageOpportunities for training and developmentIf you would like to join our fun and fabulous team in our office in Erina apply now!
