Our North Queensland office is under new management and requires a team of experienced and dedicated Care Coordinators to support this continued growth in the region.
Role Overview The successful candidates will preferably have a strong background in Community Aged/Disability Care.
The role itself is responsible for service development, coordination and delivery, including ongoing client assessments and development of care plans that deliver flexible and personalised in-home support.
Direct nursing support to clients is also incorporated within the role, as such a current AHPRA-Nurse Registration is required (EN or RN).
