Develop, monitor and implement nursing care plansAssess, plan and evaluate care for residents with complex needsDevelop short- and long-term treatment plans in line with diagnostic findingsDrive clinical governance across the home and advocate for residents and their familiesManage complex clinical conditions that impact health and wellbeing of residentsSupervise and coach nursing staff in the delivery of resident careAbout You To be successful, you'll need:
Current Division 1 AHPRA registrationExperience within Aged CareAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families and all staffStrong clinical knowledgeIT proficiency to utilise various software programs e.g., MS Office SuiteThe successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and may be required to undertake a NDIS check. Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs.
