We serve over 1,100 individuals across nearly 195,000 square kilometres in NSW and QLD, with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members. We are expanding our services in the Hunter Region, enhancing our commitment to quality care.The RoleAs a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services through assessment, case management, and service monitoring for eligible clients, aligned with McLean Care's values and policies.
