A little more about the role: Working collaboratively with the Senior Manager Clinical Services and the Residential Services Managers at our Paradise site to provide quality clinical care and services to all residents. Working in consultation with residents and their families in the planning, delivery and evaluation of the clinical care provided. Delivering professional standards of contemporary best practice nursing and care services at your allocated residential aged care home. Ensuring effective and collaborative working arrangements with visiting medical practitioners and other allied health professionals. The supervision of nursing staff and personal care assistants. Essential Criteria: Available Full-time from Monday - Friday. Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve organisational goals. Previous supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff and residents. Ability to logically prioritise varying work demands. Strong organisational and time management skills. You have an understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to caring for older people. At least 3 years' experience as a registered nurse.
