About the role: Home Instead Mid North Coast is seeking a dynamic & experienced Care Consultant to join our team in a full-time position.
Operating out of our Kempsey office, this role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of client care, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both potential and existing clients.
This position provides leadership and guidance in managing client interactions, working closely with the office team to meet the needs and best interests of the client while achieving key operational goals.

Agree on services, costs, and budgets, especially for Home Care Packages.Onboarding & Communication: Share client info with the team for the best CAREGiver match, introduce the CAREGiver to clients, and stay in touch to ensure everything runs smoothly.Care Management: Monitor CAREGiver feedback, resolve issues, ensure clients stay within their budget, and update care plans as needed.Client Reviews & Communication: Conduct regular reviews to ensure care quality, update care plans if needs change, and keep families informed.Compliance & Resources: Stay updated on aged care regulations, build partnerships for additional services, and ensure all care practices comply with standards.Qualifications & experience Qualifications in community services/aged care or relevant industry experienceStrong administration skills in Microsoft Office & Database experienceHighly efficient and organized with proven time management skillsApplicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restriction and an Australian Drivers License.
