We are looking for Care Companions to join our team at Sienna Grange Aged Care in Port Macquarie.
We have a full time role Monday to Friday AM shift, as well as a Part Time role working NIGHT SHIFTS and some casual positions available.

Your New Role As a  Care Companion  you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our  Better Together  social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.
What does your new role look like?
Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive   About You Above all, you will align to our  Values of Bold, Warm and Honest .
You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents Availability to work Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts over across a seven-day roster  Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses) If you're seeking a role with real  purpose  and where you can create  meaningful  customer relationships - please apply today.
