Talbot Place is a 30 bed Care Community in the heart of Ballarat. This position is recognised as a key management/leadership position within the organisation and is central to the provision of operational leadership and management to ensure high quality, safe and meaningful resident centred care. The Care Community Manager role includes managerial responsibilities, budgeting, resource management, rostering and professional development.
