We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our brand new site in Derwent Park , commencing operations in early 2025.

About the role:
Deliver high quality repairs in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
Schedule work for the day and provide direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by when.
Develop a team that can perform to its optimum level, providing coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journey.
Ensure the correct repair processes and procedures are being followed.
Assess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts.
About You:
Previous experience managing production will be highly regarded.
Preferably within a high-volume workshop.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Love what you do and want to have a laugh along the way.
Have a passion for cars and delivering high quality repairs.
Trade qualifications in panel beating, spray painting or mechanical will be highly regarded.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
