The Repair Centre Manager will be responsible for:
Managing, leading and developing a team of Technicians and Customer CARe Advisors, ensuring high performance and productivity. Overseeing all aspects of the repair shop, including workflow and ensuring repairs are completed on time, to a high standard and in a reasonable timeframe. Maintaining a safe working environment for all team members. Maintaining site profitability by monitoring expenses and managing budgets. Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all customers. About You:
Must have experience managing a repair business. Preferably within a high volume workshop. Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams. Passion for cars and delivering high-quality repairs. A positive attitude and a love for what you do. Committed to delivering excellence and driving team success.
