Your impact, with us We are seeking a Cardiologist specialising in Electrophysiology to use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of invasive and non-invasive heart and cardiovascular conditions.
You'll make a meaningful impact by:
Expertise in Cardiac Electrophysiology: Bringing your extensive recent experience in cardiac electrophysiology to deliver cutting-edge care. Specialized Skills in Rhythm Recording or Heart Imaging: Applying your advanced knowledge in rhythm recording or heart imaging to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Autonomy in Pacing and Device Management: Independently manage pacing procedures, including high-power devices, CRT, and conduction system pacing, and effectively run a pacemaker clinic within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in Arrhythmia Ablation: Confidently perform ablation of arrhythmias, including AF ablation, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes. Commitment to Comprehensive Care: Providing essential clinical services to the local hospital, including participation in the on-call roster, ensuring round-the-clock patient care. General consulting and monitoring cardiology patients, both private and public inpatients and outpatients, to understand their symptoms and health concerns. Performing tests and procedures across the broad spectrum of cardiology investigations. Contributing to research to help us provide even better patient care and collaborating with colleagues in a group practice model to build our knowledge and nurture a supportive team culture. Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority. Subspecialty training in Cardiac Electrophysiology. FRACP, Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians, including sub-specialty training and recognition in Cardiology.
