Your impact, with us
As our highly valued ECG / Holter Technician , you'll use your skills and expertise to provide quality care to patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Based in Narrabeen & North Shore, you'll be responsible for performing electrocardiograms (ECGs) and Holter monitoring for patients, ensuring accurate data collection and providing support to the clinical team.
You'll make a meaningful impact by:
Performing ECGs and Holter monitoring procedures according to established protocols.
Preparing patients for testing, ensuring comfort and understanding of the procedures.
Operating and maintaining ECG and Holter monitoring equipment.
Analyzing and interpreting ECG data, reporting findings to physicians.
Assisting in the calibration and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Educating patients about the ECG and Holter monitoring processes and any necessary follow-up care.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
A strong background in cardiology and excellent patient interaction skills.
Certification in ECG technology or a related field (e.g., Bachelor of Science).
Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
Proficient in the use of ECG and Holter monitoring equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
