The Role MQ Health Cardiology Clinic is seeking 2 qualified Cardiac Physiologists (1 x Part Time 0.60 FTE & 1 x Full time) to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative clinic environment.
The Cardiac Physiologist is a vital member of the MQ Health Cardiology team at MQ Health, providing essential technical and clinical support for cardiology diagnostics and procedures. In this role, you will perform, analyse, and provide reports of patient electrocardiograms and related tests. This role is instrumental in preparing, managing, and applying technological skills in cardiac equipment for a variety of cardiological interventions.
You will work as part of a team to ensure a patient-centred focus and work with fellow clinicians and support services teams to provide high-quality patient experience and expert Echocardiography services. The role requires proficient communication skills and a strong commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology and pathology Experience or knowledge in providing cardiac tests and screening such as Holter Monitoring, Stress Testing, ambulatory blood pressure monitors and event monitors. Demonstrated ability to interpret results and provide reports on the results of stress tests and holter monitors Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases Experience in writing reports and managing data Demonstrated sound verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport and empathise with patients. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing continuing professional development. Ability to prioritise work and manage workloads within established routines, methods and procedures Ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to uphold and be a steward of the Mission, Vision and Values of MQ Health.
