The Role:The Cardiac Physiologist will contribute to the management of patients at the Royal Hobart Hospital by providing high quality diagnostic testing in support of the Cardiology multi-disciplinary team.
The Team:The Royal Hobart Hospital is the major provider of tertiary health services in southern Tasmania, including cardio-thoracic surgery and adult and neo-natal intensive care.
The Cardiology Department provides an extensive range of high-quality diagnostic and interventional services.
All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.
You will need:Broad knowledge and understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology and cardiac rhythm interpretation.Demonstrated ability to work constructively both individually and in a team environment with well-developed communication skills.Problem-solving skills.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
Details of appointment:Permanent, part time, day worker (with on-call) position, working up to 32 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

$73,834 to $111,364 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022.Salary Packaging:You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
