We collaborate with landowners and stakeholders to develop innovative carbon farming projects that deliver tangible environmental and economic benefits.
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Carbon Farming Program Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of carbon farming projects.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely project reporting, quality control, and the successful submission of applications to the Clean Energy Regulator.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities Project Management

Develop and manage project reporting schedules, ensuring timely delivery of updates.
Coordinate offset report preparation and perform quality assurance checks.
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate submission of crediting applications.
Maintain project records and monitor progress using our CRM system.
Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system integration.

Monitoring and Reporting

Establish systems to track project performance against KPIs.
Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or industry certifications (e.g., PMI).
2+ years of experience with project management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and experience with quality control processes.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience in managing consultants and contractors to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with ZOHO project management software, GIS (e.g., QGIS), and carbon farming projects is a plus.
