Key Responsibilities:
Work with the Business Development Managers to identify, target, and develop new relationships within your allocated geographical area.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients within your geographical location.
Inform and educate referrers on initiatives, procedures, and points of difference.
Log detailed activity, visits, and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business.
Manage new clients and ensure a seamless handover to Partnership Success Managers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in face-to-face/field-based Sales, Account Management or Business Development preferred but not essential (we hire based on attitude!).
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).
Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
